today 14.09.2009 i had very less talk time remaining on my prepaid cellphone hence decided to recharge my phone with my usual habit of going to citibank kiosk and refilling my cellphone, i recharged my cell phone with rs 200 without knowing that i will get a message that your cell is recharged just for rs 0.02 i.e 2paise i immediately called reliance customer care spoke with an agent he said you have recharged for 30days of validity voucher i told him that is not my intention i wish to get talk time he said not possible, no refund no talktime can be given at any cost and the reply that i get a big slap it seemed to me YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED US BEFORE RECHARGING YOUR CELL PHONE. WOULD u EXPECT THiS REPLY .I ASKED HIM how on earth do you expect a layman to call up and ask for various recharge vouchers, i then spoke with a supervisor named shiv shankar he gave the same reply, when each and every agent or superviosr even after knowing your grieve keeps on putting on hold for a long and an unknown time duration, i then made a 2nd attempt spoke with an agent sapna explained my issue questioned her that do you expect a oridnary man to know that he is suppose to call reliance before he is going to recharge on a kiosk she very clevery answered no we do not expect that

now my question to reliance is check my account since the time i have started using this nos every month i recharge my phone for rs399.00 plan wherein i get rs 175 talktime 0.49ps of per min tariff and r2r free calls

unlimited great, i recharged with same plan on the 01.09.09 do you expect me to buy validity in the middle of the month without any talktime dont you think any sensible person will not do this I WAS NOT AWARE

MLIENGE BAAT KARNA BEKAR HEIN, GREAT WHAT A REPLY HENCE I DECIDED TO SPEAK WITH HIS BOSS I WAS PUT ON HOLD BY ALL THESE INDIVIDUALS FOR A VERY LONG HOLD TIME NOS

FINAL CONVERSTAION WITH BHAVIN THAKAR FLOOR SUPERVISOR CALL DURATION 48MINS 59SECS

IASKED HIM AGAIN PLEASE GIVE ME EITHER A REFUND OR RECHARGE MY PHONE WITH AN AMT OF RS 200 DEDUCT THE TAX AMT HIS REPLY IS SIMPLE NO

OK ONE VERY BIG ISSUE NO OTHER AGENT OR SUPERVISOR IS INFORMING ME ABOUT MY GREAT LOSS EXCEPTING OF BHAVIN ANOTHER SHOCK I LOSE ALL MY BENEFITS OF THE

RECHARGE AMT RS 399 NO FREE R2R NO 0.50PS PER CALL CHARGE NOTHING AT ALL,

SO WHY DID ALL OTHER AGENTS NOT MAKE ME AWARE ABOUT MY LOSS THEY WERE TRYING TO

AVOID ANOTHER QUERY AND HASSLE (YOU CALL YOURSELF NOS 1)

I HAVE RECHARGED MY CELL PHONE FOR RS 200 I DONT FEEL I SHOULD BE CALLING UP ANYBODY TO ASK THE VARIOUS RECHARGE VOUCHERS a customer right and choice is at his/her own discretion

it is a humble request i am salaried person alike you please forgive me for my deed and give me a recharge of rs200 on my cell phone i shall never forget reliance's favour for life time

hoping the best postive earliest action from india's nos 1 service provider i have overall 4 connections at my house, i am not challenging or theratining you but if i dont get a postive action taken in my favour i shall certainly let you know my next best action before i take that
