Performance usability failure

I purchased a new Nokia X6 on 11.07.2010 from Cellucom Retail India Pvt. Ltd, at Nirmal Lifestyle Mall, Bhandup W, Mumbai and was not satisfied with its working. Certain functions were not responding. I gave it to Nokia Care on 18th August and got it back in mid September within 2-3 days on 16th September I again gave it for necessary repairs to Nokia Care who returned it back on 30th inst., The same problem started again and same day I returned them back the phone they gave me back on 12th October 201o. Again the same problem has started and I gave to them today on 13th for repairs to software.
