Horrible attitude

I am using airtel no. since 1996. my number 9810087779. also my alternate number is also from airtel. I wanted a similar number for my son hence i got in touch with DS enterprise .pratap nagar . mayur vilhar. It is really pathetic the way this particular institution is running. there is no one to give answers. and customers are treated the way as if airtel is doing some favour by giving connections. I have paid the money in advance vide receipt no. SH 57931. even a while ago i contacted them asking for the status wherein i was made holding the line for more than 40 minutes. i had to disconnect the phone and redial and once again made me to hold for 15 min. only to infrom that the executives are busy and i should call them later and without even hearing they disconntected the phone. Now with this kind of atitude for a customer who is loyal for the past 12 years with your orgainsation. has left in a bad taste. i am now contacting vodafone or idea for better service as i had lost trust on airtel based on the ordeal i had gone thru in the past 2 days. just to keep you informed . i was in touch with meenakshi .i was told that she left the job today. vinitha. who was handling my case, aarti .never interested in answering. preeti or deepti .who always looked very confused .there was an gentle man who was incharge of the entire store . who looked more irritated by seeing any customer.as an old customer i could only suggest that this way Bharti airtel is going in docks . may god bless airtel. even after this kind of atitude.
