Dear Sir,
I had ordered for the outlet tap of the pureit filter onthe 15th Feb'11, it was told that it would be replaced within a day inspite of 3 reminder calls it is still not repaced now it is been 8days. This is not the first time this has happened here before when I had place an order for the germkill battery kit it took 3weeks to replace after repeated reminder calls. I would like to no why there is delay in replacing the order when they give us certain period of time. It causes a lot of inconvience to us.
Kindly look into the matter.
