My Name is Aditi Thakre we had purchased a water purifier Pure it marvel la form Hundustan liver on 25th August. It worked very well till the month of december, however suddenly the Germ Kill battery is not functioning and the water is leaking from the safety walt. I had called the call center twice 1st on the 20th Dec complaint no (103022286) no one came from the company to check what the problem is in the device and i got an sms stating the problem has been attended. I again called the service center toll free no and spoke to agent Ms Ashwini i told her that the germ kill kit has not turned Red and still the water is leaking she gave me another complaint no on the 23rd of Dec (Complaint no 103022346) and assured me that the service engineer will attend my complaint within one day however no one came again and i got the same sms again that my complaint has been resolved.
This is very frustrating and to us as we never accepted such a Degrading service from a responsible company like Hindustan Unilever. I need my complaint to be resolved as soon as possible considering my product is just 3 months old
