Dear Sir,

I have purchased your product on 29th May. After three days, I called the your representative for water problem, that person changed Germkill. Within 30 days, Germkill became red. I was not getting your toll free number. I got your number on 16th July and lodged the complaint but till date no service has been provided by you. I had purchased the Water Purifier from Mr. Manoj whose mobile number is 09015068569.
