100% DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE

I HAVE MADE SEVERAL TELEPHONIC COMPLAINT FOR REPLACEMENT OF OBSOLETE BATTERY KIT OF PUREIT WATER PURIFIER BOTH TO LOCAL DEALER AND ALSO WITH CO'S HELPLINE NUMBER SINCE LAST ONE MONTH.

EACH TIME I WAS ASSURED FOR REPLACEMENT OF KIT WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT MY COMPLAINT IS PENDING SINCE LAST MONTH AND THE WATER PURIFIER IS USELESS. MY COMPLAINT IS IGNORED SINCE ONE MONTH AND I AM HARASSED DUE TO DEFICIENCY IN THE PART OF COMPANY'S SERVICE CENTRE AND THE LOCAL DEALER . NOW I WANT TO LODGE COMPLAIN WITH CONSUMER COURT KINDLY ADVISE
