No demo/ Installation after buying

I have bought Hindustan Unilver 'Pureit' Water purifier on 12/05, since then I have launched may complains on their customer care and helpline for demo and instalaltion... the only response is youe complain will be attended within 24 hours and the there is no response from the Company despite daily calls... 3rd Class services by Hindustan Unilever for their prodcuts...

I have also send mail for the same, but still there is no response... management is sleeping...

My request to the is that please dont manufacture the product if you cannot provided service to your customer...
