We had ordered for a New Germ Kill Kit on 22nd May as the old needs to be replaced. But till date no one had visited to replace the same or called up to confirm the exact date of replacement. We had followed up with the call centre number of times in alternate days, but every time got the same response that some one will attend the next day.
We have no other option other than throwing our (IM) PURE IT water purifier out and also suggest people not to use or buy the product otherwise it will become a lifelong liability...
