This is with regard to the Pureit water purification device that was delivered to my Residence on JANUARY 26th from M/S JALARAM AGENCY SANDU MARG, CHEMBUR.

On opening the packaging the lid of the unit was found cracked and the delivery boy Mr. IRFAN ANSARI 573 did acknowledge the same on the invoive with a refrence call to Mr. Kundik (Mob:9930155789) who said the the unit will be exchanged the very next day which was not done by any of the above persons.

On this when called after a week the mobile no of Irfan was switched off or not being picked up, the same when called Kundik the mob no was false as given.

when i called the helpline the executive asked me to deposit the unit at SAFE WATER ZONE on Feb 20th which in our area is near Sandu Garden and the same was followed and the acknowledgement taken from Mr. Rahul who in the first place neglected and argued not accepting the unit but once when he called Kundik he accepted it.

After not receiving any call from the company for 48hrs i called the helpline and the complaint no is: C101888776 as on Feb 23rd

But even after seven months of not receiving the unit or the amount back I have called on the 4th of Oct and lodged a another complaint (complaint No: C102754630) and to which i got angry when the executive Raghav asked me if I was sleeping for so many months, on my request to forward me to his higher authority he bluntly denied and afterwards told me they were busy in meetings.

Firstly i was sold a damaged unit and then kept on waiting for the same to be replaced for over a month and later had to wait on false promises which eventually resulted me wasting my money for 9 months.

I sadly inform you that Hindustan Unilevers inability to provide a proper solution for a long period of 9 months leaves me with only one option that I should get my money back as I do not trust this product nor the company anymore.

My customer ID 1928696928 and the device sr.no. is MSB0501000685 AND THE INVOICE NO ISO/1095-1655 Please pay heed to this complaint and respond urgently by refunding me the amount Rs.- with interest and taking action against the employees involved in this.

Overlooking costumers’ grievances appears very common at Pureit, but such apathetic attitude could force costumers to resort to the legal actions.
