Dear Sir,
on 7th may 11, i had purchased hitachi 1.2 ton ac fron kalapana digitals main vikas marg lakshmi nagar.
i had submitted the sum of rs.1500 at the showroom for the installation.
but the installation guys took 9000rs from us for the copper wire and for the water pipe and the installation done by them is not at all satisfactory... during the installation process the gas leaked... and then they put the gas... nw we are not at all satisfied with the cooling of the aircon... kindly advise me what to do... i have already complained this matter to hitachi costomer care but no one came for the demo as well to see this cooling matter.
