We had purchased a HITACHI 2.2 STAR Split A/C from authorised dealer Golden Refrigration from Kolkata & the time it was installed the A/C gas pipe line bursted & did not start infornt of the engineer, he assured us it will be repaired the next day but now he or his company is not taking the effort to mend the same & instead tell us that AC is perfect only pipe line problem is there. We dont know much about it we only know that it is not working & our money is getting wasted. We want them to strat our AC or replace the same.
