I purchased Hitachi A/c Window 1.2T in the year 2010. I registered complaint/request for free service on 15.4.2011 (at your phone No.011-35324848). I also received confirmation of registration number by SMS at my mobile No.9891147249. I was assured that engineer/service person will come within 48 hours. What to talk of 48 hours, no one has turned up till date (31.5.2011). Request you to look into the matter and get it solved as soon as possible.
