I purchased 3 Hitachi A/Cs in September. One of the A/cs is giving trouble right from first day. Although I have lodged many complaints but the problem still remains unresolved, Even the customer care has stopped listening now and nobody is coming after lodging complaint for defect or even service during warranty. Even emails sent to customer care are getting no response. Nobody should buy Hitachi..
