Sir, we bought a Hitachi Airconditioner, SPLIT, 0.9 Ton on 8th March and got it installed the same day. Since the time it was installed, the Airconditioner isnt working properly. The air conditioner refuses to cool an area of less than 100 Sqft, even after running continously for 8 hrs. We registered their complaint with Toll Free Call centre and prompltly gave us a reference # for the complaint. Since then we have been following with pillar to post to get one service personnel of hitachi to look in to the complaint and rectify. Today we spoke to Chennai Hitachi Service team and their representative said they are very busy because of summer and would look in to it only if the call centre assigns them with the complaint. The service Manager Mr. Sathish refused to come on line to offer any comments.
With summer on its peak, and with companies like these who sell faulty airconditioners and refuse to service makes consumers like me taken for big spin.
Kindly request someone to look in to this complaint and offer us some relief.
