Hitachi air conditoner (split)
A.c doesnt work properly

Sir, i have bought hitachi ac (split) in the mid of 2010 from arvind electronics prem nagar ambala city... the ac is not working properly... i have lodged the complaint about ac to the owner of arvind electronics but he has not taken any action about it... i had also lodged this complaint to hitachi customer care..they said they will take action in 48 hours but still the problem is same... they have not come yet... the free services of ac is pending they even did'nt come for doing service... please take an appropriate action as soon as possible... thankssss
