I HAD LODGED A SERVICE REQUEST WITH HITACHI CUSTOMER CARE FOR SERVICE OF WINDOW SPLIT ON 19.3.2011 VIDE COMPLAINT NO. 11031900370 AND EVERY DAY CALLING UP CUSTOMER CARE I GOT THE REPLY THAT SOMEONE WILL BE ATTENDING. THIS COMPANY TAKES 7 DAYS AND EVEN THEN THEY CANNOT SERVISCE AN AC CUSTOMERS BE BEWARE OF HITACHI PRODUCTS AS THERE PRODUCT MAINTAINENCE SERVICES ARE NON EXISTENT
