This is to mention that I have a window AC of Hitachi brand which we bought after having heard that the products are good. But, the experience with the product and the service compels me to come up with such a frustrating response. I am a resident of Noida, sector 48. My AC started giving problems in cooling, which I sensed around 20th of June. I called up customer care for the same at which they responded after two days. The concerned engineer (Mr. Nitin) from Sec-63, Noida arrived and reported that the AC is perfect and did some dry servicing. Even after that I felt that the problem of cooling continued and therefore reported it again at the customer care. It was diagnosed of gas-leakage and from thereon I am chasing the customer care for my AC to be picked up for repair. Till date nothing has happened and is really frustrating to have product from a company like Hitachi. It has become a routine work for us to call customer care every day twice / thrice only to hear unfulfilled promises.
