Denying the service under warrenty

I purchased 1.5 ton Hitachi Split AC in May 5. My last warrenty service was due in before May. I tried to register a service request and the call center denied that I have a AC as they do not have any details of mine. Finally they took the request. But the serviceman called up after 10 days that he could not find my home. When I asked why you did not call me when you came for servicing? They are saying I have not picked up the phone which is impossible. They asked me to register another request. I did it and told them while registering fresh request that there was a problem from your serviceman and he did not ask me the address while coming for the servicing. They confirmed that the service request would be treated as free service under warrenty.

Today 13th May when the serviceman called up that they are coming, I guided them to my house. But after coming to my home they said that the warrenty period is over and I will not get any free service. The servicemen went without providing any service and asked me to close the ticket. When I said that I am not going to close the call, they said they will foreceably close the ticket.

Without the service my new AC may stuck functioning in good condition as it failed to have proper maintenance. For which I may lose INR 40, 000 straightway without any misshandling from my part.

I humbly seek JUSTICE for it, I guess this is a common issue for all consumer product purchasers.
