The installation of our split ac 1.5 ton I clean model was started by hitachi customer care people on 08.05.12 but could not be completed due to lack of expertise.and the owner made a commitment to get it done in his own supervision but did not turn up even after a period of 3 days. It seems that we have made a mistake by changing our existing ac to hitachi, as the quality of service is visible. The product and or service seems to be not worth recommending to others. In case the company is not having necessary infrastructure, pl advise your dealer to take back the product and refund the money poaid to him.
