I Purchase Hitachi Split AC FromVijay sales Dev Arc Mall on 17-04

Order No: 64-DEV04-10SOT102.

But still AC is not install at me home and when i m talking to technician he was called me we are comming in 1 hour, half n hour etc. etc... but still not comming.

i was called on 9227126062 at 19-04 & 20-04 but still is replieing that we are comming in 1 hour..

What is this service from hitachi...
