Last year on or about 20th August I purchased two air-conditioners; one window and the other split. Since, it was almost end of summer, there was no need for service. This year i.e. I requested for service over the telephone and dry service was provided to both the air-conditioners and the same are working fine. Thanks.
Now, I was hopeing that, if not three, at least one more service i.e. wet service will be provided before end of year; which did not happen. It also went out of my mind to remind you.
I sincerely feel, the Company sholuld have, of its own, come forward to service the machines. I, therefore, request M/s Hitachi to come forward for the due free service under intimation to me on e.mail [email protected] or 011-26894546.
Incidentally, please let me know the maintenance contract rates.
