In May I made a complaint for my window AC at the Hitachi Customer care. I got someone who came to check the piece and said would come the next day to set it alright. I took a day off and no one came. After another complaint they came and took the AC in first week of July. I am a single woman and its been harrowing calling them but got no response of when I would have my AC back.
For more than a month and a half -the entire summer months I have no AC in my bedroom and its a nightmare thinking of the open space in the room whcih could invite serious trouble.
Its shocking how Hitachi treats their customers. I have no idea when my AC would come back but do hope they get some senses and take qucik action.
