HLL Water PUREit COMPACT
Germical Battery Kit down within the limit of pure water ltrs

I have purchased Pure Compact in 24th April. I have two family members as Me, My wife & My 2Yrs old Son. Now the issue is as per company the Pureit will provide 1000 pure ltr and then that the kit will turned RED for change. We will have a maximum use of pure water is 3-5 ltrs. in a day and total in two months it will come arround 300ltrs and the Kit gon down RED. Now its a huge diffrence bettwen Company commitment of Pure Watre and the actual delivery of Pureit.

I have complained (102393906) on customer care for the same and they have logged the complaint and send it to their local agent for checking. Today I got a call from their local agent-9999056303 and as per him will not help and I need to buy a new Kit.

You requested to pl take care of this, because it a Customer Harrasment and company need to pay for this.
