Sir/Madam,
I urchased a waterpurifier 'Pureit' from HLL .
My Customer Id 1925472506
I had placed an Order No. S10MUM2380019419 on 03/10 for battery kit of Rs. 365 & micro fibre mesh of Rs 55 and cleaning of the Purifier. The Phone Operator confirmed the said order and I was promised of the delivery within two working days.
A person from HLL called from a mobile number 9172343452 and informed me that he was coming with a battery kit of Rs. 510/- I asked him to come with a battery kit of Rs.365/- only as I had not ordered battery of Rs. 510/-. Thereafter, the said person never called.
Today i.e on 15/10, I called helpline number again at 8.00 a.m. and I was surprised to know that my aforesaid order showed that I had ordered a battery kit of Rs. 510/-. The records also showed that the said kit was delivered to me very next day i.e on 04/10.
The fact is it was not and is not delivered to me till now. I have placed another order now.
I want to register a complaint against the person who attended my call when I placed my first order on 03/10 for intentionally registering a wrong order inspite of I being specific about the cost of the battery kt.
I also want to register a complaint against the delivery person who dishonestly has given a report that the said kit was delivered to me on 04/10.
I also wish to bring to your notice that delivery guys purposely are making people to buy battery kit of Rs. 510/- evenif they have ordered for the cheaper battery kit.
Kindly treat this as urgent and serious.
I would appreciate if the said complaint is swiftly responded to.
