I had placed an order online with HomeShop 18 on 18th February Ref Order Number – 702854141 for Whirlpool 6Kg semi Automatic Washing Machine and Reebok Watch Combo.
It was supposed to get delivered in 7-8 working days. Today I am writing this complaint on 15th March and don't have clue about the delivery schedule. Home shop 18 makes a lot of false statements and mislead the customer. Their TV channel talks about the products getting delivered in 7-8 days and actual experience is very different.
My repeated follow up have gone unheard I must have called their call center 5 - 6 times in last one month and the experience was really bad, the executives were rude and every time I called I just go one standard response that it will be delivered in next 3-4 days. Secondly have also send them 5 reminders on mail, I got just one reply asking for a time of 24 hrs so that they can coordinate with M/s Whirlpool India but after that no one responded.
Home shops 18 attitude is really very unprofessional, I really don't have a clue when the order will be delivered, secondly I don't know if canceling the order will help as I was reading few complaints on this site, people have not got their refunds. I have made the payment and now I am stuck.
