Dear Sir,

I have ordered a Videocon Qwerty Phone V1477 on 19 Aug. That's received 24 Aug, but this is incomplete. In between the D2H connection coupon not available. I have complaint about this on the same day. My complaint No is this = 66203057.But right till now they have no action about this. They are really fraud.
