Goods not delivered even after a month

Sir/Madam

I bought one Samsung led TV 3D glasses from punjagutta hyderabad hometown on 3rd June. Receipt number is 200305059264. It was promised to deliver 3d glasses within 2Weeks. It has not been delivered yet. Sales persons have no clue of availability of product and there is no commitment for delivery. Please look into the issue.
