i Rahul bought a EXK 2800 S Honda generator from POWER SALES AND SERVICE on 17/3 for Rs 58078/- i am located in Gurgaon where there are daily 7-9 hrs or more power cuts
Since the purchase of this generator it has been giving me a lot of trouble
There was always a starting problem from the start for which the dealer said it is battery fault,
then it started leaking a lot of oil after first service, the mechanic came and supposedly fixed the oil leak after which the generator did not start, he came again next day and replaced a spark plug saying that was the fault. they charged me both for the visit and the spark plug. i did not understand this as i had hardly used the generator.
after this it ran once only today when i needed it to work it is not working and there is oil leak again.
this has been nothing but a series of trouble and taking my valuable time from work and family and the purpose of this generator to give power back up is completely defeated
I REQUEST HONDA TO PLEASE REPLACE THIS PEICE
OR
REFUND MY MONEY BACK AS THIS PEICE HAS GIVEN ME NOTHING BUT TROUBLE AND HAS RUN LESS AND GIVEN MORE TROUBLE
