Dear Sir/Madam
I have purchase a new cell phone NOKIA 6210 NAVIGATOR from hotspot shop (shop no. 15, A-2/40, rajouri garden, new delhi-110027, tell no. 91 9717794233), via bill no 2188 date 13/1/10. When purchase the phone I find that the device has no memory card slot I ask to the shopper about the same but he said that it’s a new mobile and in this model and there is no need of memory card slot cover as it is a new look (with out card slot cover). I purchase the phone and made the payment but when I come back to home and read the user guide the find that memory card shot cover is the part of phone and the shopper has sell me a phone without memory card slot cover.
Next day I visited the hotspot for the complain but the shopper say that when I gave you the phone the slot cover is available and you (me) has lost it some where. So it’s not our fault. When I insist him to please change the phone or give me the slot cover he has started shouting on me with third grade cheep language and call the other employee to thought me out from the shop.
I told him that I will go to the consumer form but he say " ja ja consumer court kuch nahi kar sakta meera, ab jata ha yaa bhar phak du"
