This is regarding very bad experience in service from Hot Spot.
I bought a Fly E105 Mobile in Sep from Hot Spot, GIP, Noida with
2 year care pack service.
I had network issues and Speaker issues on my handset. I submitted my
phone 3-4 times but my problem is not getting solved anytime. In last
2 years, My handset spent around 6 months in Service center. Now, from
more than a month my handset is with Hot Spot people in GIP, Noida but
there is no update. Neither it is getting fixed.
Also adding to it, whenever I ask what has been done to resolve the
problems I have with my handset, they reply " It was done at Fly
centers. We donot have any idea about it."
I called at Fly Service center by checking number from their site
directly. They told me, " My handset is not submitted with them" I
shared all details. If my handset is not with Fly Service center
people then who have my handset???
I want to claim that, I finally got the reason why my handset get even
bad after coming from service center is as they do not submit at Fly
centers.
