I purchased a LG mobile (cost 4000/-) from hot spot sec 38 chandigath and paid additional rs. 300/- for hot spot service pack. After 3 months its charging point damages. We went to hot spot service centre sec 22 chandigarh. They told us the mobile card is fully damaged and can not be repaired. They said due to additional service pack we will give you - (half of the mobile mrp).
I rejected the offer and went to LG service centre sec 35. They repaired the mobile and charged nothing (under LG warranty) and guided us never to go to hot spot in future.
Hot spot people cheated me. So wish you Bad luck Hot Spot.
