Dear Sir/Mam
I, Rajesh Singh bought a HTC P3452 mobile on 07/06 from hotspot mobile mahipalpur new delhi with a care pack of Rs 1200.The hotspot said me about care pack that If I will pay Rs1200 extra of the mobile prise, the carepack will take two years warranty against liquid and physical damage.
Now my mobile is not working for last one year and have submitted my mobile in front of hotspot three time. The hot spot take a month or more of a month and tell me that
My mobile is okay now.but I m faceing the same problem.i m not using my phone for last
6 months and I have bought a new mobile to use.
I think hotspot is cheating with me. I am so helpless.please help me
