Selling of outdated handsets

Hotspot outlets are selling mobile phones for which nokia has stopped marketing/manufacturing.

If a problem occurs in such a handset its been directly sent to the company without verification for factors like physical damage or liquid damage or tampering. The company thus have a clear chance to lapse the warranty of handset as the customer have no proof for the same.
