I have given my mobile in Tagore Garden to Mr Rajat-9891817117, on 15, Feb. Till date I didnt get my phone back.
The problem was FM non- function.
Iam frustrated of the services mainly because the land line of Tagore garden 011-45595721 is never attended and also the nimber of Mr Rajat. The operating times are real funny. 12:30PM to 5:30PM. It means any working proffessional have to take leave to visit the store.
Due to non attending of telephone attitude of the store and the employees, I had to visit 4 times to store only to face my bad luck that the phone is still under service. If the phones are attended, atleast I wouldnt have visited, wasting my leaves, effort and expenses.
