Bad servicing from HOTSPOT, Model Town, jalandha

Hi,

I had given Samsung L700 in HOTSPOT, Model Town, Jalandhar which was under 2 years of warranty for servicing as multi-port was not functioning properly because of which music was not playing in my earphone. It has become more than 2 months but still the mobile store executives have not confirmed when I shall receive my mobile.

i am much worried about my mobile as they are unsure about the servicing of my mobile. This is irresponsiblity of such mobile store who receive money in name of warranty. I have read much such complaints about HOTSPOT mobile store.

I think the store has to be serious now.
