I just bought a new phone from Hotspot new Spice QT 44, barely using it for 5 days and having complains about the phone the person on the other hand is hardly able to hear me, i walked to the same showroom to get a higher end phone or a a new piece. To my surprise they said they dont buy back phone where in it is clearly mentioned on the website they exchange phones 2ndly the store manager was himself rude has no sense what customer is and how to talk to them. the sales rep over there did not inform me about return policy which was 12 hrs. they are giving me all this information now. On asking his managers number he is telling me he cant give it. I asked him to give it to me in written that he dosent exchange spice phones he says he cant do that as well. Plz guide
