High electricity charges and negligent staff

Dear sir,

i am a resident of jalvayu vihar in mundamvelli area of cochin.

i am an officer in indian coast guard and i stay in a rented house.

i complained to the electricity board engineer regarding a suspected over reading of my electricity meter.

the negligent staff ignored the matter for about two months and also made me pay fine for late payment of bill., because i thought that they were checking my meter i did not pay the bill only after having a word with KSEB engineer.it has been more than 3 months that the KSEB staff has not taken any action.
