Airtel Mobile Service
Recieving Useless Messages after every minute

Hi,

I want to launch a complaint against the Airtel Mobile Service that i an getting a lot Useless Message (Like DMC Doctors msgs, Promotional messages) every day. It is somewhere around 30-35 message i recieve in a day, which is very disturbing for me. I actually working in a Software Testing Company wherein i need lot of concerntration while working. Many times i am over the call with clients or in a meeting and in between i get these messages which are very disturbing.

I have several times made the complaints in the customer care deptt, but i wonder if they even log the same in their systems as i never get the reference number of the complaint made. Rather every times customer care people promise and never adire to what they say.
