Sir/madam, I had bought Cart HP 00540Z (818) BK from Data Care corporation (DCC), Pune on 28/09/09 with invoice no 9701456 for 721.15 INR. I was told that this cartridge will print between 150 to 200 pages in economy mode. But I could print only 51 pages out of that cartridge in economy mode. On contacting the DCC, they said it was some manufacturing problem or may be packaging problem which is out of their knowledge and control. What should I do now?
