My printer HP 1410 was in working condition with some error such as "cartridge cradle cannot move". So i visited Thane based service centre called COMPTEL DIGITAL, Hariniwas, Naupada Thane. They said they will check and reply next day, but they didnt call. After calling them for next couple of days they said it cannot be repaired. My printer was in working condition, when i brought it back and connected it cannot be switched ON. I went to Third party service guy he said they have taken out my original cards and replaced with faulty one. I want HP to consider this issue. Why should we go for HP printers if this is what they do once we buy their products.
