I had purchased a Deskjet 2050 HP printer on 17th Jan around 1:30 pm. When i brought the item at home & removes the tape. the Input tray that is on top on the printer was broken. There was a crack on the on the corner of the input tray. Within an hour around 2:30 i called the dealer to replace the tray but they refused and ask me to talk HP customer service. I had made a call to your customer service, they suggest to send a mail to [email protected].
I mailed them then I received call from Rachna from [email protected]., she initially said item will be replaced. I just need to send photograph of the broken parts and mailed to the dealer they will replace it. I talked to the dealer they again refused. They want DOA. Most frustrating part it almost 10 days I have not used the printer. First I talked to Rachna on 19th of Jan then she did’t respond. I shouted on customer service talked to supervisor then on 24th Rachna called without giving any proper solution, she promised to call back. Since I had not received any call. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. You want me to take some legal steps against you.
