We purchased the Aquaguard Total Duo and since last 5 days it has not worked even for few hours and has repeatedly gone down.
We have called them many times but no one is able to help us in any way.
They keep taking names but no one has a clue on how to proceed.
So the product is bad and the service is all the more pathetic.
