Sound echo problem in handset

I have purchased a Nokia X-2 on 6 August on same day i noticed that sound is echoing when i was talking to someone.whether i was outside of my premises or inside, after using few days i went to service center situated in paschim vihar.they have updated the software and also changed the mic but after 3 days same problem started again i want my money back or i want that you should replaced.
