I bought a Compaq-Presario CQ40 Notebook laptop, its serial number is-CND9382D1M, from karnal, along-with it, there was a offer, of MOTO ROKR E8 mobile, for which one has to register online, which delivers a code, which confirms of being registered online and then one has to send a draft of Rs. 5499/- to Hp Redemption cell, and then the mobile will be sent to the respective person address, The last date of being registered online was 20th October and the last date to send the draft of Rs.5499/- along with all details was 20th November till now, i haven't got any mobile, and when i try to call them, their phone is always unreachable, The redemption code, which they provided online is Redemption Code- Q4SREW504B.Please help me, as i feel that, i have been cheated by them, their address, to which i send my draft and other details is as follows
