Inlet hose damaged

1.The water supply hose has a problem at the point it is fitted to the tap.

2. Today as the tap was turned on, there comes a fountain at the tap level, preventing inflow into the machine.

3.The machine was purchased on 18-02 from QRS retail ltd, Trivandrum, Kerala, india

4.I would like to get the water hose replaced. If guarantee does not apply to this item, I can pay for it
