This is with regard to the poor service of Sony ericsson in India, i feel ashamed while writing this.
I own a sony ericsson mobile phone W995, i have encountered a problem in it.
i have submitted it in a service centre with work order no SE310TEC15559, till now they have not returned my cell, on calling them they never receives the call, never.
several times i have registered my complaint in customer care on internet but then also they are not giving any response, they just gives a reference ID [X-Ticket:88122950, 2], and they assures me to call back, but they have'nt responded till now.
It's very frustrating. It's already been more than 2 months.
Even, i have registered my request in customer care over phone, then also they never solved my problem they says that we'll arrange a call back to you and we'll resolve ur problem, but they never did this still waitning for this call (meenakshi and nida).
I request you to please take strict action against all of them who are involved in this
Sony is such a big and reputed name, one can never expect these type of activities from sony's side.
And i request you to kindly get my set replaced with a new one as it is under warranty and it is creating the problem again and again.
Even the service centre people are also non-cooperative (Pallavi and devendra).
Please have some refinement in your system as it is just decreasing the brand name of SONY.
I need justice, else i have to move to consumer court of India, if i don't find any resolution soon.
Hoping a positive response from your side.
