No response from HTC service center or customer care

I had purchased HTC One V mobile on 23/05. Within 2 weeks, the phone started showing display and memory card problems.

The phone was given to HTC service center on 12/6. Ever since there is no response from the HTC service center nor from the HTC customer care on by when my phone would be repaired and returned.

Though my phony is under warranty period, they keep insisting on repairing the phone which is taking indefinite time.
