Poor service

My mobile has not working your service centre SALORA INTERNATIONAL LTD CHANDIGARH has guided to me for replace volume fpc cable after 20 days.i have received mobile but lots of other problem create in mobile i.e. screen lock is not proper working, battery back is very short.if disconnect phone call display light is not working.

Please do the needful on urgent basis.
