Today i have talked with mr Viishal in escalation department i said him i will not have HTC wildfire again, please repay my amount that i have paid for the handset, he said that there is no such schemes in HTC to repay for the faulty handsets, where will your customer go, either repay my amount or exchange to some other handsets which is better than HTC wildfire.
i need a better handset with good quality.
is there any quality handset in your HTC company?
